Howard is a confident and devoted family man who has raised four children with his lovely wife, Bridget, and now enjoys spending quality time with his 12 grandchildren.

Originally from St. Louis, Doug joined BRG in 2013 after five successful years in commercial real estate at Transwestern. Rory is a dedicated professional who joined BRG in 2012 and earned her Life & Health insurance broker license in 2017. She excels in helping individuals and businesses find the best health insurance coverage to meet their needs. With years of industry experience, Rory is committed to guiding clients through the ever-changing healthcare landscape. Her clients appreciate her personalized approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering dedication. Rory's warm and approachable nature makes her clients feel comfortable. Rory graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 (Hook ’em Horns) . Before BRG, she gained valuable sales experience at national staffing companies. Known for her keen problem-solving skills, Rory makes navigating insurance stress-free and straightforward. Rory and her husband, Doug, are proud parents of three children: Henry, Nolan, and Brynn.

Dave, Howard's first son-in-law, possesses an impressive academic background. He holds an associate degree from South Plains College, a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, and a Master’s in Education from Texas State University. Dave has also obtained both Principal and Superintendent certifications, furthering his expertise. His expansive 18-year career in educational leadership also includes a notable nine-year tenure as a Superintendent. In 2017, Dave brought his wealth of knowledge to BRG, significantly expanding the firm’s influence in the educational sector and helping open a second office location in the hill country. Dave’s commitment to community service is evident in his current elected role as the County Commissioner for Mason County. Beyond his professional life, Dave is a loving husband to Kim and a proud father to their two daughters.

Kim, Howard's oldest daughter, has an impressive career background. After 19 years dedicated to teaching journalism and technology, eight of which she served as the Technology Director, reflects Kim’s passion for education. In a bold career shift, Kim changed courses and became a licensed Life & Health insurance broker in 2017, bringing her vast experience to her father’s firm. Kim is a proud alumna of Texas A&M University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English & Journalism. She further pursued her Master's in Educational Technology from the University of North Texas, equipping her to excel in any task she takes on. Her unwavering commitment to her clients, combined with her background in education and technology, has successfully translated into exceptional problem-solving skills and ensuring her clients receive outstanding customer service. Kim is married to Dave, and they are the proud parents of two daughters, O’Brien and Bronwyn.
